Abstract
Eccrine hidrocystoma is small, translucent, smooth, shiny and often bluish colored, dome-shaped cystic structure that occurs most often in a periobital area. The histologic finding of an intradermal cyst with a thin wall composed of two layers of eosinophilic-staining cuboidal cells is dilated eccrine glandular & ductal strrcture.
We present a case of multiple eccrine hidrocystoma occuring on the face, especially both eyelids & cheeks in a 70-year-old female patient.
