Abstract
Rhupus syndrome is characterized by the coexistence of clinical manifestations and immunologic features of both systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Rhupus syndrome has more predominant articular symptoms similar to RA at first and rare internal organ involvement related to SLE later. Especially, rhupus syndrome which combined to lupus nephritis is very rare. Here, we present the unusual case of rhupus syndrome with rheumatoid arthritis combined to lupus nephritis which was treated with steroid and cyclophosphamide.
