Abstract

|
Gelastic (laughing) epilepsy which is characterized by paroxysmal, uncontrolled and inappropriate laughing is rare and may arise from lesions in the temporal lobe, limbic system and hypothalamus. Author report a case of gelastic epilepsy with reviewing the literatures.
