As the symptoms associated with thoracic disc diseases are similar to diabetic thoracic radiculopathies and gastrointestinal dieases, patients with thoracic radiculopathy have many gastrointestinal studies. We had a 40 year old man with middle back pain and upper abdominal pain and we diagnosed that he had thoracic radiculopathy caused by thoracic disc herniation using physical examination, electrodiagnostic study, magnetic resonance imaging, and spinal intervention which has diagnostic and therapeutic potential.
