Abstract

|
surface ECGs of supraventricular tachycardia (SVT), the accessory pathways can be localized. In Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome, delta wave polarity can be helpful. In atrioventricular concealed bypass reentry tachycardia, the P wave of retrograde conduction can be a clue. However, specificity of ECG criteria is not high. Electrophysiologic study is essential for the exact localization of the accessory pathways.
