Abstract
The right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT) is where premature ventricular beats or ventricular tachycardia (VT) arise most frequently. VT arising from the RVOT has unique clinical and electrocardiographic properties, and responds favorably to antiarrhythmic or ablation therapy. However, it requires differential diagnosis from VT originating from other regions of the right ventricle. This review describes the clinical characteristics, electrocardiographic differential diagnoses, and therapeutic approaches of RVOT VT.
