Abstract

|
There are sometimes canine or supernumerary teeth impacted at premaxilla area in adult patients. If impacted tooth exists at the implant site, we regularly extract the teeth before implantation. However we wonder if we must extract the impacted tooth for implantation. In this report, We present the cases in which bone grafts were performed after tooth extraction and implants were placed and cases in which implants were placed without extraction. We intend to provide answers to questions along with a literature review.
