The aim of this study is to comprehensively understand the experiences of counselors in the context of untact supervised visitations. To achieve this, three counselors who conducted untact supervised visitations were selected for FGI and in-depth one-on-one interviews, and relevant documents were collected. Employing a qualitative case study approach, the raw data were analyzed through within-case and between-case analyses to uncover 7 overarching categories, 26 subcategories, and 65 specific themes. The study findings highlight that untact supervised visitations ensure the continuity of supervised interactions, minimizes client resistance and refusals, and enhances a sense of closeness. However, challenges such as counselor workload and uncontrollable situations necessitate the development of strategies to more effectively implement untact supervised visitations.
