Abstract

|
Bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome (BOS) after allogenic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is obstructive airway disease caused by graft-versus-host disease. The prognosis is overall poor. There has been no established therapy for BOS. Inhaled corticosteroid plus long acting beta agonist may be effective for BOS. Routine pulmonary function test is recommended to diagnosis early stage BOS.
