Effects of Self-efficacy on Non-face-to-face Online Classes in Some Dental Hygiene Students

Abstract

|
Objectives: The purpose of the study was to find out the effects of Corona-induced dental hygiene students' self-efficacy on online classes on non-face-to-face online learning, online lecture satisfaction, online discomfort.
Methods: Independent t-test, correlation, and multiple regression analyses were conducted to explore the relevance of self-efficacy and non-face-to-face online learning.
Results: It has been shown that non-face-to-face online lecture satisfaction, self-regulation, and preference for task difficulty affect participation in non-face-to-face online learning.
Conclusions: In order to increase participation in non-face-to-face online learning, learning methods that can increase self-efficacy will need to be developed.
