Kim Gee-Bum

Park Sang-Gon
Abstract
Tumors of the lacrimal gland are uncommon, and most are of epithelial origin. Primary non-Hodgkin¡¯s lymphoma (NHL) of
the lacrimal gland is extremely rare. A 45- year-old male was admitted with a complaint of a painless swelling of the right
eye superiolateral lesion. We confirmed primary diffuse large B cell lymphoma of the lacrimal gland, and the patient was
classified as stage IE. The patient was treated with chemotherapy, followed by radiotherapy. He achieved complete remis- sion, and, after 26 months of follow-up, the patient remained free of disease.
