Abstract
Uterine rupture in pregnancy is a rare event and may lead to fatal complications for both mother and fetus. It is commonly
occurred in women who have a history of an operation that involves the uterine myometrium. Cornual ectopic pregnancy is
quite rare, and it is usually managed by cornual resection on laparotomy or laparoscopy. Uterine rupture at third trimester
following laparoscopic cornual resection is very rare. Here we report a case of uterine rupture in a pregnant woman at 35
weeks gestation with previous history of right cornual pregnancy treated with laparoscopic salpingectomy and cornual resection.
