Abstract
The Brugada syndrome (BS) is an inherited cardiac disease, which can lead to ventricular tachyarrhythmias and sudden cardiac death in patients with structurally normal hearts. The BS is characterized by distinctive ST-segment elevation in the right precordial leads frequently associated to right ventricular conduction delay on electrocardiogram (ECG). This report presents a patient with tuberculous pericarditis, in whom a transient Brugada-like ECG pattern was induced
by fever.
