The effect of re-employed women's work spirituality on organizational immersion: The mediating effect of job satisfaction

This study attempted to confirm the mediating effect of job satisfaction between work spirituality and organizational commitment of re-employed women. The subject of this study was data collected from October 1, 2023 to October 31, 2023 for re-employed women living in S city. Frequency analysis, technical statistics, correlation, and hierarchical regression were performed using the data of 227 re-employed women. As a result of the analysis, first, it was confirmed that the work spirituality and job satisfaction of re-employed women had a positive effect on organizational commitment. Second, it was possible to confirm the mediating effect of job satisfaction in the relationship between the work spirituality of re-employed women and organizational commitment. Based on this, a plan to improve the organizational commitment of re-employed women was suggested.
