Abstract
An 86-year-old woman developed obstructive anuria resulting from total uterine prolapse. Massive prolapsed uterus could not be replaced manually. Following daily dressing and intravenous antibiotics treatment for one week, prolapsed uterus was successfully replaced. Pessary insertion with manual reduction is conservative but effective treatment in case of high risk patients.
