Abstract

|
Recurrent ipsilateral tubal pregnancy is unusual, especially following partial salpingectomy for ectopic pregnancy (EP) previously. We report the case of a patient who had recurrent consecutive ectopic pregnancies on the ipsilateral side after natural conception and was treated surgically in each case with partial salpingectomy, removal of tubal stump, respectively. We present an unusual case of EP. When salpingectomy is performed, complete salpingectomy should be attempted to eliminate the risk of recurrent ipsilateral EP.
