Factors Affecting the Depression of Workers by Industries

Abstract
Purpose : This study was conducted to identify factors affecting the depression of workers by industry.

Methods : A self-report questionnaire was conducted for 614 workers in 109 workplaces in one region. For data analysis, frequency, descriptive analysis, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression analysis were performed.

Results : Factors influencing the depression of workers by industry were found to be the appointment of health care managers and job stress.

Conclusion : Based on the results of this study, it could be used as basic data for health programs for the prevention of depression and mental health management by workers in each industry.
