Abstract

|
The purpose of this Q methodological study was to examine internal cognition and attitudes towards oriental medicine among Koreans. Statements related to oriental medicine were collected by open-ended questions on oriental medicine
characteristics.
Subjects were one physician, two nurses and two patients in oriental medicine hospital, and one physician, two nurses and two patients in an western practice hospital. Thirty six statements were finally selected in terms of two
dimensions-recognition
and effect of oriental medicine.
