Experimental Study on the Effect of Enzymatic Activity by the Administration Chung-Su-Cheong-Gan-Tang to the CCI4 Poisoned Rat

Abstract
|
|
|
To clarify the therapeutic effect of Chug-Su-Cheong-Gan Tang administration to the CCI4 poisoned rat, the enzymatic activities of serum lutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (S-GOT), serum lutamic pyruvic transaminase (S-GPT) and serum alkaline phosphatase(S-AIP) were mesaured, and the total content of protein, albumin with the ratio were further studied.
The results were as follows :
1. S-GOT activity in the experimental Group(CC1,+Sample group) was markedly decreased than the control group(CCI,+Saline group) and it showed highly significant value.
2. S-GPT activity in the experimental group was significantly dropped than in the control group and it revealed highly statistical valve.
3. In case of S-AlP activity in the experimental group, the results showed significant value than the control group.
4. The result of the total content of albumin, globulin and the A/G ratio were similar to the control group and it didn´t bring any marked changes.
