Antiphlogistic and Concentration of albumin Effectiveness of Sopungwhalhyeol-tang(Sample¥°) or Sopungwhal-Chyeol-tang with Cheonchung(Sample ¥±,¥²)

Abstract
Under recognition of the similarity Between "Tong poung" or "Youkjeol poung" disease in oriental medicine and rheumatoid arthriatis and gaut in western medicine Sopoungwhalhyeol-tang or Sopoungwhalhyeol-tang with cheonchung has been used as on the analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antiphlogistic and concentration of albumin effectiveness. The results as summarized as follows
1. The effect of analgesic
Sample III (P < 0.01) Sample II (P < 0.02)
Sample I (P < 0.05) aspirine G. (P < 0.01) *P 0.05 is significant as mentioned above the effect of Sample III was better than the effect of Sample II Sample I. Specially Sample II group¢¥s effect was similer to aspirin group¢¥s effect
2. Anti-inflammatory effect
Sample II group¢¥s effect was better than sample groups effect at 60 minutes the excellant anti-inflammatory effect was recognized in both groups and at 180 minutes sample I was recognized some effect. But sample II group was also recognized excellent effect
3. The effect of antiphlogistic
Samples have fever after 1 hr and after 1 hr of prescription of medicine, the fever was fallen sample I g¢¥s effect was weak for 5 hrs. But sample II g¢¥s effect was continualy excellent
4. Test of concentration of albumin
Sample II g¢¥s ability of resolution of albumin was more exellent than sample I g.
5. According to the above finding
Sample III g was better than sample II g and sample H g was better than sample I. So that sample III g was the most effective.
