Studies on the Effects of Nephritis, Duretic, Analogesic, Anti-Inflammatory of Rumex Japonicus

Abstract
|
|
|
The result of the experiments to verify the effect of Rumex japonicus are as follows;
1. Diuretic action of folium-dosed group was considerable in a hour; those Folium-, Radix-, and mixture-dosed group increased in 2 hours; those of Folium-and Radix-dosed group showed considerable increases.
2. The activity of Bun in the serum of poisoned white mouse was of remarkable inhibitive effect in the order of mixture, Folium and Radix.
3. The activity of creatinine in the serum of poisoned white mouse revealed inhibitive action in the order of Folium, Mixture and Radix.
4. In the anti-inflammatory experiment, Folium showed excellent effect, but Mixture and Radix showed considerable effect. And the order of inhibitive effect was Folium, Mixture and Radix. When pulverize and patchery the action increased in the order of Folium, Mixture and Radix.
5. The alleviatiry effect was shown remakably in the order of Folium, Mixture and Radix and so was when closed twice as much.
