Influence of Sasim-Tang and Bosim-Tang on The Blood Pressure and the Urination of Rabbits and Mice

Abstract

|
In order to examine the influence on the blood pressure and the urination in rabbits and mice by the administration of Sasim (Sample I) and Bosim (Sample II)-Tang water extracts, the Sample I was injected to the rabbits´ blood vessel and the Sample II was administrated to the mice by.oral. And then the effects were compared to the control group.
The results obtained in the work were summarized as follows:
1. The blood pressure level was lowered as a passing phenomenon at the Sasim and Bosim-Tang administration in rabbits, but Bosim-Tang was more lowered than Sasim-Tang.
2. The effect on the urination in mice was equally observed significance at the 1.2 and 4 hour after Sasim and Bosim-Tang administration, but it was not significant at the 3 hour and after 5 hour. Especially at the 2 hour Sasim-Tang was more increased than Bosim-Tang.
