A Study of Efffects of Samsoeum on the Analgesia, Antipyresis and O₃Poisoned Lung in Rats and Mice

Abstract
|
|
|
An Experimental study was done to research the clinical effects of Samsoeum on the analgesic, antipyretic and lung damage in rats and mice.
The results obtained as follows:
1) The dried extracted powder of Samsoeum and the each dried extracted powder compound of Samsoeum revealed significant action on the analgesic effect campared with control group, especially the dried extracted powder of Samsoeum showed with high significance.
2) The dried extracted powder of Samsoeum has more continued the antipyretic effect compared with the each dried extracted powder compound of Samsoeum.
3) The dried extracted powder of Samsoeum revealed significant action on rat lung TBA value, but the each dried extracted powder compound of Samsoeum is not significant.
4) The dried extracted powder of Samsoeum revealed significant action on K+ contents, but the each dried extracted powder compound of Samsoeum is not significant.
5) The dried extracted powder of Samsoeum and the each dried extracted powder compound of Samsoeum on Na+ contents were not significant.
According to the above findings, it is suggested that the dried extracted powder
of Samsoeum retains more effectiveness on the analgesic and the antipyretic actions and 03 poisoned lung compared with the each dried extracted powder compound of Samsoeum.
