Effects of Binso-San and Kamibinso-San on the Analgesic, Sedatice, Antipyretic and Anti-inflammatory Action

Abstract
|
|
|
In order to investigate experimentally the clinical effects of Binso-San and Kamibinso-San that have been widely used in the Beriberi, experimental studies with experimental animals were carried out.
Binso-San added Olibanum is Kamibinso-San A and Binso-San added Clematidis Radix is Kamibonso-San B.
The results of the studies were summerized as follows:
1) The solid extract powders of Binso-San, Kamibinso-San A and B were showed significant action on analgesic effect. And the solid extract powders of Kamibonso-San A were effective on analgesic action in comparison with the solid extract powders of Binso-San and Kamibinso-San B.
2) The solid extract powders of Binso-San, Kamibinso-San A and B were showed significant effect on muscle relaxation and hyponosis inducted by pentobarbital sodium in mice.
3) The solid extract powders of Binso-San, Kamibinsp-San A and B were showed significant action on antipyretic action.
4) The solid extract powders of Binso-San, Kamibinso-San A and B were showed significant action on anti-inflammatory action. And the solid extract powders of Kamibinso-San A and B were effective on anti-inflammatory action in comparison with the solid extract powders of Binso-San.
