A Study of Effects of Jaumganghwatang on the Antipyresis, Analgesia, Anticonvulsion and O₃Poisned Lung in Rats and Mice

Abstract
|
|
|
The experimental study was attempted to research the clinical effects of Jaumganghwatang on the antipyretic, analgesic, anticonvulsive action and lung damage in rats and mice.
The results obtained as follows;
1. It was shown that both solid extract of Jaumganghwatang and mixture of each solid extracts of Jaumganghwatang have significantly antipyretic effect, especially solid extract of Jaumganghwatang revealed high significance.
2. It was noticed that both solid extract of Jaumganghwatang and mixture of each solid extracts of Jaumganghwatang have significantly analgesis effect, solid ex-tract of Jaumganghwatang revealed high significance.
3. It was found that solid extract of Jaumganghwatang has only significant action on the convulsion induced by ECT unit.
4. It was found that solid extract of Jaumganghwatang has only significant action on rat lung TBA value.
5. It was shown that mixture of each solid extracts of Jaumganghwatang has only significant-action on K+ contents.
6. It was noticed that solid extract of Jaumganghwatang has high significant action on Na+ contents.
