Experimental Study on the Anti-Stress Effect of Guibiondamtang

Abstract
|
|
|
Under the high temperature of 35C-40C the experiment rats, which were administered GuiBiOnDamTang, were tested about receiving any stress with control group, and got the following results.
1. The rat urine which received high temperature of 35-40C showed a peak in" 6.613 minute and this is indicating that high temperature could effect giving stress! on rats.
2. In the urine of drug administered group there was the same peak time with control, but the peak height was 1 /3 than control group.
3. It might assumed that the peak in 6.6 minute would be the decomposed product of catecholamine normetanephrine or vanillylmondelic acid.
According to the above results, GuiBiOnDamTang was recognized to be helpful for protection treatment against the change caused by stress.
