A Study on the relationship of the medical thoughts between Nai Kyung and San Han Lon
Eun Jong-Won

Abstract
In order to understand the relationship of the medical thoughts between Nai-Kyung and San Han Lon regarded as the best classic principle of oriental medical books, I¢¥ve studied Jun-Kyung¢¥s ( ) theory,. Yuk-Kyung¢¥s (* K) symptoms, Byun-Zeung¢¥s
a) thoughts, Medical treatment¢¥s method, Prescription¢¥s theory. Addition and sub-traction¢¥s method of medicines, Acupuncture and Moxibustion¢¥s treatment by turns.
The following results have-been obtained.
1. The concepts of Jun-Kyung in Nai-Kyung that occuring of Oe-Gam-Byung (A usually begins on the surface of the body and penetrates through the interior from it, and Byung-Sa ( $i3) can invade into the interior directly through the weak parts over the body were named after 3 Yin-3 Yang (a 5) and classified symptoms by it at Yeal Lon Chapter ( IN) for the first time. However, there was only described the principle of Jun-Kyung according to Yin Yang Sa Jung¢¥s ( % going in and out. Joong Kyung expanded and supplemented Nai-Kyung¢¥s theory and according to Byung-In¢¥s (M A) Hue-Sil and Sa-Gi¢¥s movement made Jun-Kyung¢¥s variety clear in San Han Lon.
2. There was at Yeal Lon chapter merely distinguished Pyo (P) from Lee (1) by 3 Yin-3 Yang and not described Han-Yeal .( ) of Byung Jung (fl j*). Hue-Sil (I& A) of Jung Sa (M ) and described the natures of disease appearing on the Kyung Maec¢¥s (g )) circulation route. But, Joong Kyung had basis on the scientific principle all over the Nai-Kyung and practical situation of Oe-Gam-Yeal-Byung ( j fpti , and summed up 3 Yin-3 Yang freshly.
3. Though the ideas of Pal-Gang Byun-Zeung (A 4 2) could be found out in Nai-Kyung, it was applied definitely in San Han Lon, and Byun-Zeung-Lon-Chi ( I~ system established.
4. Chi Bon (th 7 ) treatment was emphasized and a remedy to induce by the force of a disease described in Nai-Kyung, Joong Kyung was also consistant with the same spirit. In application of Chi Byung Pal Bup ( fi A M), he placed Bups out of Bup again so as to cope with various situations. But, that Pal Pup (A 1) was originated in Nai-Kyung, too.
5. The method of prescription in San Han Lon was grounded on Nai-Kyung¢¥s theory called Chil Bang ( )j) of Dae O, So ON), Wan O, Geup (L¢¥;) Gi (?Zi ) Woo (A) Bok (,j) and Goon. Sin. Jua. Sa. ( ; , Ili. , , ; ) .
6. In case of powerful drug being concluded in a prescription, medicine¢¥s dosage was added and deducted according to man¢¥s constitution strong or weak in San Han Lon. It is much the same as distingushing Neung Nai Dog Ja (fl i +¢¥) from Bool Seung Dog Ja (/f it) A) in Nai-Kyung.
And in San Han Lon according to the natures of disease drugstuffs were added and deducted, and let the prescription suitable to symptoms, Nai-Kyung¢¥s theory was utilized faithfully. In a method of taking medicine also was followed Nai-Kyung¢¥s thoughts.
7. It is said that accupuncture is adequate to Yang (Iij) Yeal (A), Pyo (la Sil (A), Zeung (S), and Moxibustion is adequate to Yin (a), Han ( ), Hue (&) Zeung in Nai-Kyung. That general rules were observed in San Han Lon when acuptuncture and Moxibustion¢¥s treatment was used.
According to above results, San Han Lon¢¥s theory is considered as that the scientific principle of Nai-Kyung has been succeeded in positively and developed reasonablely. So I think that it¢¥s theoretical system must be understood on the basis of Nai-Kyung.
