Abstract

|
We presented one case of gastric persimmon bezoar associated with benign gastric ulcer. The diagnosis was confirmed by roentgenographic studies with barium sulfate and fiberoptic gastroscopy.
The gastroscopic findings revealed a greenish spherical tumor and small round ulcer at the adherent mucosa. We observed the movable mass through change of the body position and it war not resistant to the passage of the fiberoptic gastroscope.
