Abstract
|
|
|
The molecular weight of methylation- sensitive proteins of the erythrocyte membrane were determined by using SDS-gel electrophoresis.
The molecular weights of proteins corresponding to bands 3,4, and 4,5 were 90,000, 65,000, and 20,000 25,000 respectively(Band numbers were designated according to steck, T. L. J. cell Biol. 1974, 62 : 1).
