Oligodontia is defined as the absence of six or more permanent teeth, except the third molars. Clinical manifestations of oligodontia consist in agenesia of multiple teeth with deciduous retained teeth, atrophy of alveolar ridge, aberrations of teeth dimension and the shape result in consequent aesthetic and functional defects. This case report presents the multidisciplinary dental treatment planning of a patient with age 26 year, who exhibited oligodontia. Following the radiographic and clinical evaluation, 4 deciduous teeth were extracted. Seven dental implants were placed in that space after the initial orthodontic treatment and sinus graft surgery. After osseointegration period, fixed prosthesis was fabricated. To attain the best aesthetic and functional results, interdisciplinary approach is also important, as well as ongoing follow-up check.
