The ideal aspect ratio of the anterior tooth is essential for maintaining naturalism; moreover, pink-colored porcelain helps to maintain esthetics in challenging implant cases. However, the interface between pink porcelain and natural gingiva is easily discernable due to a color mismatch and shadow. Hence, this report describes prosthetic gingival reconstruction by a direct build-up of gingiva-colored composite resin and provides favorable esthetic outcomes. For the purpose of making up this esthetic weakness, pink-colored composite resin has been introduced and utilized for the production of gingival prosthesis. Recently, various attempts to build-up the pink acrylic directly in the mouth were reported.
