Conventional implant prostheses are categorized according to the retentive methods as follows: screw retained, cement retained and screw cement retained implant prostheses. Each type of prostheses has its own advantages and disadvantages, and the appropriate retentive system should be selected for each clinical situation. In this case report, we introduce a Non Cement Fixation (NCF) implant prosthesis which does not require a screw hole or cement through a clinical case. The NCF crown had no biological complications induced by cement remnants and the integrity of the occlusal surface was maintained. This method can be utilized in various implant cases.
