Using the digital technology, monolithic zirconia implant restoration, which has minimum amount of interference during the lateral excursive movement, can be fabricated from intraoral scan data with the help of virtual articulator function in the dental CAD software. In this case report, three implant cases were successfully finished by fabricating customized abutment, monolithic zirconia crown, and 3D printed try-in model from digital impression data.
