A study on the Group Feeding of Enterpprises in Chunnam Province

Abstract
It is tendency that our society has been becoming rationalization and mechanization. So enterprises must become large and strong in order .to overcome the difficulties of management in the industrial society. According to the radical changes of society, in order to manage the enterprise effectively, we must study for the group feeding as one of the business management,
The purpose of this study is to analysis and to evaluate the conditions of group feeding, its facilities and calorie intake. This study is based on the data obtained from four samples large enterprises in Chunnam province.
Some major findings of this study are as follows;
1. In order to reduce group feeding labor force in feeding management, using modern automatic machines such as dish-washing, food-car, dish-car and self-service are required.
2. Well-established facilities of kitchen are required in order to shorten the length of motion of employee and to increase the efficiency of work.
3. A dish-towel must be strictly controlled as the sanitary management. And it is urgent to be equipped with sterilizers such as the sanitary washing drying ¢¥machine, Also kitchen must be improved as modern sanitary style.
4. In nutrition management, the variety of menu and the improvement of cooking method are required in order to increase ifie intake of animal protein, fat and calcium which are in danger of lacking in workers. And to shorten time and labor force of workers, we recommend one course dinner occationally.
5. In conclusion, the .compilation of budget which is suitable to management of the kitchen facilities, the sanitary and the nutrition is needed. Also the workers must manage the budget effectively.
