Influence of Diameter of Patterns on Csatability of Ni-Cr Nonprecious Alloys

Abstract
|

|
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of the diameter of patterns on the castability Ni-Cr nonprecious alloys.
After casting with selected three Ni-Cr alloys, the changeability of length for the completed cast samples were measured with caliper.
1. According to diameter of patterns, the castability of vera bond showed not the significant difference in case of the group of 450㎛ and 400㎛. The other groups showed the significant difference (P<0.01).
2. According to diameter of patterns, the castability of uni bond showed not the significant difference in case of the group of 450㎛ and 400㎛. The other groups showed the significant difference (P<0.01).
3. According to diameter of patterns, the castability of C & B 80 alloy showed not the significant difference; 450㎛ and 400㎛: 450㎛ and 350㎛: 350㎛ and 300㎛ respectively.
The other groups showed the significant defference (P<0.01).
