In this paper, it is purpose of increse to improve for public resentment servise networking (P.R.S.N) do intergrated to network of possesive information communication media, public administration computer networking and citizens.
Also, by information society it is discuss of improving public resentment processing system in order to present of public resentment condition and dicision making and come out of basic local autonomy organization in advance public administration.
