Abstract
Arthrogryposis multiplex congenita (AMC), one of the congenital malformations in pediatric othropedics, is characterized by contracture deformities in extremities. In anesthetic consideration, there are difficulties in the intubation of the patients with AMC because of micrognatia and low set ear. We experienced 3 cases of AMC with difficuties in Keeping the airway among two of three patients. Although the third case was not confirmed as AMC, it was included because there were some findings compatible to AMC and difficulty in intubation.
