Anesthetic Management for Repair of Interrupted Aortic Arch in very Low Brith Weight Infant

Abstract
This case report describes anesthetic experience of interruption of aortic arch operation in very low birth weight infant. Low birth weight infants often present with multiple disorders such as respiratory distress syndrome, intraventricular hemorrhage, retinopathy of prematurity, chronic lung disease, patent of ductus arteriosus, necrotizing enterocolitis and septicemia. Also, thermal management of the low birth weight infant is a cornerstone of neonatology. In this case, anesthetic management of the low birth weight infant is discussed.
