Radiological study of psychosis with pulmonary tuberculosis

Abstract
|
|
|
This study is to investigate the radiological view of mental disorder patients associated with pulmonary tuberculosis who were treated at Seoul National Mental Hospital during two years from Jan. 84 to Oct. 1985.
The results are as follow.
1.Radiological finding of 152 cases of pulmonary? tubercuidsis diagnosed.
2. The ratio of male and female are 1.1: 1.
Male 83 (54.6%) and female 69 {45.4%)
3. The peak incidence was in second decase.
4. In 78% of the cases Minimal put. tb. was observed. 18% of Moderately advanced and 4% of far advanced pul tb.
5. Lesion site showed 48% in the Rt. side and 44% in the Lt.
side and both side showed in 0
