Abstract
|

|
This study was to investigate the clinical characteristics of delusional contents in schizophrenics 133 patients were selected for this study who had delusions and were diagnosed as schizophrenia according to DSM-III at Seoul National Mental Hospital during the period from January 1, 1985, to December 31, 1985. The author analyzed the results in terms of age and sex distribution, educational status, occupations, religions and delusional contents.
The findings are as follows
1.The sex `ratio was .1.8:1 and - the age of the majority of the patients ranges from 30 to 39 years old.
2 .High School graduates and students and employees were most common.
3.In terms of delusional contents, persecutory delusion was most common and idea of reference was the second.
