Abstract

The treatment of schizophrenic patient is a matter of continued dissatisfaction.
A search for a potent psychotropic drug which might succeed where other drugs had failed led to the development of haloperidol.
Haloperidol is capable of modifying and controlling the delusion of schizophrenic disorder, Haloperidol is especially a drug of very definite value in the treatment of paranoid schizophrenic patient.
