Abstract

|
|
Standard assay methods for protease and celluluse were reviewed and proposed to be adopted as standard methods in company test. The results were summarized as follows
1. The optimal reaction time, temperature, concentration of casein solution in protease were 37°, 10min, 0.6% and the optimal reaction time, temperature, concentration of CMC-Na solution in cellulase were 40°, 30min, 0.5%.
2. We could observe the difference of Reaction PH and diluent in the Sample A.B.C.
3. The optimal concentration of dilution in protease were 0.2-0.4 of EEo Absorbance and cellulases were 0.1?0.3 of OD-OD, Absorbance.
