Abstract
Introduction: In recent days, Neuro angio and intervention procedures is increasing. So, this examination offer to decrease the patient and operator radiation dose, using the measurement of absorption dose and scattering dose by using the glass dosimeter.

Materials & Methods: The experiment was performed with the BI-plane equipment(Axiom artis zee, Siemens medical solution, Erlangen, Germany) and used a phantom which is similar to tissue of the human body and fluoro-glass dosimeter(GD352M, Asahi Techno Glass) for dose measurement.
The expose dose were measured each flouro time 30sec(intermittent), 1min(intermittent), 5min(continued) totally 5min and 6direction of Positioning. PairedT-test was applied to find any statistical difference between each methods.(30sec, 1min, 5min)

Results: The results of obtained wereas follows 1. The direction I(adjacent Lateral tube) was measured 0.36mGy 2. The direction VI(far from the tube) was measured 0.03mGy 3. The biggest(Highest) exposure dose is checked 5minutes continue fluoro mode. (8.3mGy), 30sec(2.8mGy) and 1minutes(4.9mGy).There was significant difference between each methods(30sec, 5min)(p£¼0.05)

Conclusions: From the result of this study, We reached a conclusion that all Intervention operator must consider about radiation dose decrease method such as distance, shielding, fluoroscopy time. Especially operator effort to decrease continue fluoroscopy at a time ASAP.
