Abstract
Purpose : This study purpose is to know accuracy of measurement for measuring the size of 3D Rotational angiography(3D-RA) image applied two reconstruction method.

Material and method : 3D rotational angiographic images of the Bullet-rod phantom were acquired 10 times with Philips Allra Clarity and GE Innova IGS 630.the histogram was arranged so that the Bullets and Rods were best visible.We measured the length, width and height average value of Rod1,2,3 also height, width and average value of Bullet1,2.We examined whether the average measured value was outside the tolerance of ¡¾10% and the accuracy of the measured value according to the reconstruction method.

Result : The reconstruction of the exam preset of Clarity equipment showed that the Rod was 29.95 in length, 2.22 in width, 2.36 mm in height and Bullet was 4.15 in height, 4.14 in width, and 4.14 mm on average. Rod¡¯s height and width were outside the tolerance of ¡¾10%.The Very Sharp reconstruction of Clarity equipment showed that Rod was 29.78 in length, 1.95 in width, 2.07 mm in height, and Bullet was 3.90 in height, 3.88 in width and 3.89 mm on average. The sharp reconstruction of the Innova equipment showed that the Rod was 29.79 in length, 1.95 in width, 2.10 mm in height, and the Bullet was 3.92 in height, 3.93 in width, and 3.93 mm on average.

Conclusion : It is recommended to use a 3D Rotational angiography image with Sharp for measuring the size of blood vessels with this hospital"s equipment. It is also thought that if we know accuracy of the measurement values and reproducibility, error accuracy, it will be helpful to reduce aftereffects of selecting balloon and stent`s size wrong
