Abstract

|
|
Endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR) is an effective, safe, and minimally invasive treatment for abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAA). However, It is not applicable procedure for all AAA patients because of limited indications. We report a successful case of EVAR patient using EndoAnchor System which can overcome indications for limited hostile neck anatomy causing Type Ia endoleak and report its usefulness.
