Background : The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that affect the stress of doctors of the Korean health cooperatives.
Methods : Qualitative interviews were done with 2 doctors who worked for the health cooperatives, and questionnaires were collected from all of 19 members of the association of the Korean health cooperatives. In order to verify the difference between groups and the correlation between variables, collected data were analyzed using factor analysis and correlation test.
Results : Significant difference at personal burnout mean score was found between groups divided by working day per week. Higher score in the ¡®role¡¯ factor was correlated with lower work-related burnout mean score. And higher scores in the ¡®self-development¡¯ factor and the ¡®less conflict factor with co-workers¡¯ factors were correlated with lower personal burnout mean scores.
Conclusion : In this study, it was found that the ¡®role¡¯ factor and work-related burnout were in negative correlation, and the ¡®self-development¡¯ factor and the ¡®less conflict factor¡¯ were correlated with lower personal burnout mean score in negative way.
