Park Kyoung-Sik
Abstract
This study was carried to identify the component of Lung Meridian Muscle in Human, dividing into outer, middle, and inner part. Brachium and antebrachium have been opened widely to demonstrate muscles, nerve, blood vessels and the others, displaying the inner structure of Lung Meridian Muscle. We obtained the results as follows; 1. Meridian Muscle is composed of the muscle, nerve and blood vessels. 2. In human anatomy, It is present the difference between a term of nerve or blood vessels which control the muscle of Meridian Muscle and those which pass near by Meridian Muscle.
3. The Inner composition of meridian muscle in human arm is as follows. 1) Muscle; Major pectoralis(L-1), Subclavius(L-2), Biceps brachii (L-3, L-4), Brachialis(L-5), Brachioradialis and pronator teres(L-6), Brachioradialis tendon and abductor pollicis longus tendon(L-7), Brachioradialis tendon and pronator quadratus(L-8), Abductor pollicis longus tendon and pronator quadratus(L-9), Abductor pollicis brevis and opponens pollicis(L-10) 2) Nerve; Supraclavicular nerve, medial?lateral pectoral n., upper subscapular n., long thoracic n.(L-1), Branch of supraclavicular n. and brachial plexus(L-2), Musculocutaneous n.(L-3), Br. of musculocutaneous n. and lateral antebrachial cutaneous n.(L-4), Lat. antebrach. cutan. n. and radial n.(L-5), Lat. antebrach .cutan. n. and superficial br. of radial n.(L-6), Lat. antebrach. cutan. n. and superficial br. of radial n.(L-7, L-8, L-9), Lat. antebrach. cutan. n. and median n.(L-10), Br. of radial n.(L-11) 3)Blood vessels; Pectoral branch of thoracoacromial artery and lateral thoracic a.(L-1), Cephalic vein, deltoid br. of thoracoacromial a. axillary a. and v.(L-2), Radial recurrent a. and cephalic v.(L-5), Radial a.(L-6), Cephalic v. and radial a.(L-7, L-8, L-9), Proper digital a. to thumb(L-11)
