Abstract

|
This research is that study of meridian muscle and Ki-gong¡¯s correlation. Investigated theory of meridians and comparison laying stress on Paldangeum¡¯s action among craftsman. Paldangeum is form that several Taoist methods that come from former generations are arranged from Song dynasty. It is feature that this is apt to memorize consisting from the common people to be popular and passage mainly and can hold to be simple even if it is action when it is anywhere, what being simple. Paldangeum during change process, is differentiated greatly by Nampa Munpaldangeum and Bukpa Mupaldangeum. Contents of Munpaldangeum are consisted in Sipyidangeum and Sippaldangeum etc.
Paldangeum has been achieved by each attitude become independent in form that plain diet and carefulness are matched properly in action that have extension and contraction of theory of meridians. Paldangeum¡¯s use holds theory of meridians and vitta that run part that muscle of meridian¡¯s extension and contraction becomes mainly to each engineering method.
