Abstract
Functional dyspepsia (FD) is a group of dyspeptic symptoms such as epigastric pain, nausea, early satiation and postprandial fullness without structural disease. This is a clinical case report of a 54-year-old female patient who has FD treated by pharmacopunture. Also, the patient was treated with herb medicine, acupuncture, electroacupuncture and moxibustion. After treatment, there was a marked improvement in upper-abdominal discomfort and dyspepsia. This case suggests that pharmacopuncture could be effective to improve the symptoms of FD patients.
