Purpose : This study conducted the following experiment to examine change of cardiovascular function and Activities of daily living on chest mobility exercise and chest stretching exercise to chronic stroke patients.

Method : Activities of daily living was measured modified Bathel Index(MBI) and Cardiovascular function was measured by blood pressure(systolic and diastolic), pulse and oxygen concentration on comparative analysis of pre, post exercise and each groups in 20 chronic stroke patients subjects.

Results : These result lead us to the conclusion that diastolic blood pressure & pulse were statistically decreased and oxygen concentration & MBI were increased on chest mobility exercise group.

Conclusion : Chest mobility exercise would be lead to positive increment of Activities of daily living and Cardiovascular function on chronic stroke patients.
